A finance company, with most of its operation in the mortgage industry, was challenged by how to provide efficient services to their mostly mobile customers. They had a collection of web applications that provided a sequence of real-time business. Since users were mostly “on-the-go,” the company was unable to reach maximum efficiency levels.
The company approached Supremesoft to provide a wireless solution to address customer needs. Supremesoft designed an enterprise wireless solution using the spiral model, a software development process that combines elements of both design and prototyping-in-stages, for all the client’s web applications. By using the spiral method, the rework time was greatly reduced; thus, saving time and money for the company. The Supremesoft wireless architecture was implemented and is running successfully.
