Program description: In an effort to recruit qualified workers to work, Supremesoft Corporation. has implemented an employee referral program with incentives. This program is to encourage the company employees to refer potential applicants to apply for position openings at Supremesoft Corporation. If you know any individual may qualify for the position below. Please ask the individuals to send the resume to the company and indicate on the resume the job code and the name the company employee who made such referral.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Direct and maintain aspects of the client/prospect relationship including interface and negotiation with executive management.development and implementation of strategic client/prospect engagements emphasizing new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction with services delivered. Analyze and study the market growth of information technology. Conduct business analysis and market research to develop overall strstegy to promote the products and services of the company. Oversee the development of the marketing materials and formulate responses the requests for proposals. Monitor and evaluate industry competitors, related pricing, promotion, and competitive positioning.

This program is eligible to any Supremesoft Corporation. employees, whether full-time or part-time. This program does not apply to independent contracts of Supremesoft Corporation. Moreover, Supremesoft Corporation will limit the cash award to only one person whom the job applicant has identified as the employee who referred the applicant to apply the position with the Supremesoft Corporation. prior to accepting the bonus, the employee and the newly hired applicant both must sign a sworn statement to verify the veracity of the referral. Both employees understand that there is penalty for misrepresenting to Supremesoft Corporation. in the employee referral program.

Supremesoft Corporation.has many other recruitment methods, including the employee referral program, in its disposal to recruit qualified workers.
